Summer Refresh

We love our barn so much, we like to brag about it from time to tome. And let's face it, she's a charmer! While we spend a lot of time focused on the main store, we decided it was high time we spent some QT inside the barn, so we've been hard at work in our slice of #thenoke, With fresh eyes, updated goods as well as updated plans for more interactive events, we're quite happy with the results, and we're confident you will be too.

Our rearranging and refreshing has made the space more functional for shopping as well as workshopping. We'll have a few more hands-on events and classes rounding out the summer and early autumn, and we can't wait to host our crafty guests in our updated digs. 

The barn is home to a fresh supply of indoor and outdoor garden accents, candles and gorgeous vessels. Sometimes the smallest details end up making the biggest impact.

Baby, You're a Firework!

The 4th of July is summer's most festive day, and we like to dress to match the occasion. We like subtle nods to the holiday, rather than donning full stars and stripes (we've seen some pretty questionable flag dresses floating around). Our formula? A chic chambray dress + white leather accessories. Add a fiery red lip and you're good to go!

Prepping for Fall

It's always fun to get organized for Autumn. We love sweater weather and the return of our favorite denim pieces, paired with all the fun Fall festivities that fill our calendars like the famous Johnny Appleseed Festival and our legendary Barn Sale (stay tuned for info on that can't-miss event). Back To School

School days are just around the corner... But don't fret, because the end of Summer means the beginning of something new, something exciting. We've stocked our stores with the things you really want to buy for the year ahead.

2018

We start with the backpack. It must be durable, indeed, but it must be stylish, since it will be hugging the body for the next 9 months (and beyond). Bonus points if your chosen backpack also helps to provide education for children in developing nations.

Who says notebooks and pencils can't be downright adorable? We believe the things you use the most should be as attractive as possible. Ditch that jaundiced No. 2 pencil and grab some with pizzazz!

Even if school days are behind you, there's something in the air as the start of the Fall semester arrives. Treat yourself to a new notebook or journal and a charming bouquet of newly sharpened pencils (You've Got Mail, anyone?). Buy yourself that new book your well-read friend has been telling you about (better yet, borrow it). Whatever it may be, snap up something useful yet nice for yourself as you head straight into Autumn.

Style Quick Take: White Hot

There's nothing like crisp Summer whites when it's hot and steamy outside. We can't get enough of this neutral and love to play around with new ways to incorporate the color (or lack thereof) into our wardrobes.

We believe mastering an all white ensemble relies on two things: texture and accessories. The airy and feminine details of this blouse make the look interesting, especially when paired with the straight lines of classic denim. The clutch, with that darling touch of pink as well as the gold accents, provides an extra oomph.

We Trovesters are dedicated S'well enthusiasts.
